palehorse666 my favorite of the VR saga and one of my favorite classics in the genre of cyberpunk synthwave. Favorite track: Space Highway.

SteveSynth An extremely trippy and well-thought out production. The use of effects really spices things up and distances this release from the many bland dark-synth project clones out there. Favorite track: Iron-To-Lust.

auxotrophe This album has the most obvious "retro vibe" in the trilogy: I can easily imagine something like that to be released in mid-80s. It feels unexpectedly authentic, but not obsolete. Just give it a try! Favorite track: Iron-To-Lust.

FiTZ Each installment of the VR trilogy tackles a different aspect of the dystopian future. Apocalypse is a tale of the city. A crowded, steamy oriental megalopolis. A supermodern city where disputes are solved the old way: with kicks and punches. A dark labyrinth of future technology -- fusion of flesh and metal -- haunted by ancient demons, The metaphorical and literal end of the world. It's not that the city is the stage of the armagedoon. The city IS the apocalypse. Favorite track: Metal Synthesis.

Kevin Boyle Level -1 concludes the VR trilogy in great fashion. Great mash-up of cyberpunk, synth and industrial. Check this out immediately. Favorite track: Cyberbreaker.
